Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness Dominasi Box Office

Dominasi The Bad Guys di tangga box office AS akhirnya terhenti minggu ini. Film animasi produksi DreamWorks Animation itu digusur oleh pendatang baru dari Marvel Studios, Doctor Strange Multiverse of Madness. Sekuel tersebut sukses merangsek ke posisi teratas usai dibuka dengan $185 juta.

Sedangkan The Bad Guys turun satu kasta ke peringkat kedua lewat raihan sebesar $9,8 juta. Menyusul kemudian di posisi ketiga ada Sonic the Hedgehog 2. Film yang menampilkan Jim Carrey sebagai Mr. Robotnik itu masih mampu mengumpulkan $6,2 juta pada minggu kelimanya di pasar AS.

Adapun tempat keempat diduduki oleh Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore dengan raupan $3,95 juta. Membuntuti tepat di belakangnya pada posisi kelima ada Everything Everywhere All at Once yang masih tampil kosisten pada pekan ketujuhnya lewat raihan sebesar $3,3 juta.
